The day before Pete left for Irvine, we took Sara to see Rolle. It is about 20 minutes away, right on Lake Geneva. There is a beautiful castle there that you can rent out for wedding receptions and other parties. Unfortunately, they were in the process of setting one up so we were unable to go inside. Here are a few pictures of the courtyard and the exterior.

What a fun day! Too bad you couldn't go in the castle--looks gorgeous there on the lake.
