Cinnamon Rolls

This is a really random post that I've put together for my sister Janet. Thanks for the yummy recipe Marge.

After dough has risen, punch it down and divide in half
Roll out to about 1 inch
Spread butter
Add sugar
Add cinnamon
Roll towards you
Pinch ends together

Cut piece with pizza cutter
Roll piece out

Tie rolled out piece into knot

Uncooked rolls after rising about an hour
Baked rolls (I do 350 degrees for 10 minutes on lowest rack)
Frosted cinnamon rolls (wait until they have cooled slightly otherwise frosting will run off)

Way to go Christina!!!!! Pete has been raving about your rolls and I can see why! You have really mastered them. Great job! Too bad that cin rolls and dieting don't go so well together.
