All tuckered out

Henry is a decent sleeper but usually only in his bed. He is not known to sleep in a car seat, a stroller or my arms. Everything changed in London.

About a week before our trip, English authorities uncovered some bombings planned for Easter weekend. I'm not sure if it was because of those attacks, but while we were there several of the tube lines were completely or partially closed--including the stop closest to our hotel.

This meant walking. Lots and lots of walking. I'd say we walked over 5 miles a day which may not seem like much, but you have to factor in 3 kids and all of their stuff. By the end of our trip we were all exhausted, especially Henry.

The poor kid crashed on the ride home. He was obviously tired and for a split second we wished the flight was a little bit longer so he could get some more sleep.
