One of the best gifts we got on Christmas was COMPANY. Pete's sister Heather, her husband Parry, and their 4 girls, Sara, Allyson, Rachel and Abby flew in from Moscow that night. We were all excited to have family around during the holidays, especially Alex and Ruby. It's been a couple of years since we have seen their entire family. In fact, besides Sara, who spent time with us last summer, none of them had ever met Henry.

The day after Christmas we headed up to Montreux, which is about an hour away. They got their first look at Lake Geneva up close and we tried a yummy new Swiss dish called rosti. You can click on this link to check it out. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rosti FYI, it's better than it looks in the pictures and ours had ham and cheese in it. Very healthy.

I think my kids wanted to be adopted into their family.
Our nieces were so good to them and of course they loved all the attention.

This may be my favorite picture with the Jarmans.
Even Henry cooperated.

Ruby and her cousin Sara share the same birthday, 15 years apart!

That picture with the Jarms is really funny! I like that one.

Even though I'm glad we got to go home for Christmas I kind of wish that we didn't so that we could of spent time with you guys! It looks like you did tons of cool stuff. I want to go with you when you go on your next adventure!
